Handcrafted Lace Embroidery V-Neck Jacket

My dimensions are not anywhere near the fashion expectations. I am a 71-year-old, short, Rubenesque woman who, nevertheless, aspires to enjoy eye-catching, elegant fashions. Generally, shopping at even the most exclusive stores and viewing the selection is both depressing and annoying . . . mostly annoying. Either they cater to pencil-thin, long-limbed women or maintain the impression that all ample, older women are content to look like a tired old battleaxe who has completely given up. THIS was why I found Rich Radiq's so refreshing and accommodating. I found formal wear that was inspiring and which, for the most part, was available in my size. I chose the " handcrafted embroidered lace jacket", matched with their "elastic mermaid mint skirt" to wear at my son's June wedding in the Dolomites. The colour and sensibility were springlike, and the fabric was light and breathable for the anticipated weather. I am a very skeptical online shopper, but they counselled me in my choice for colour coordination and size. I would never have ordered a size small jacket, but it fit almost perfectly with the exception of sleeve length. They were too long, and I tend to prefer 3/4 length sleeves, so I will get that altered. I want to wear the jacket open and want to have a uniform mint colour look from top to bottom to create a longer line. So I will also have a silk camisole made to match.
The quality of the fabric is remarkable - intricate and beautiful to behold. Thus, I am beyond thrilled with this purchase, and once I have completed the outfit and slapped some makeup on, I might be persuaded to post a picture!
You should know that I am generally a harsh critic, and I am happy and relieved to report that here is a designer who caters to women of all body types with care, interest and high regard. I recommend them with gratitude from this old dame! Buy with confidence.
