Express Shipping to the USA, CA, AU :
Notes: 1) Express Shipping is not available for P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. 2) After the order has been paid, the warehouse needs 1-3 days to process your order. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped. 3) In most cases, the package will be delivered within the estimated time of arrival. However, the actual delivery date may be affected by flight arrangements, weather conditions and other external factors. Please refer to the tracking information for the most accurate delivery date. 4) If your package has not been delivered or your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact Customer Service to verify within 25 days of the order date. For other orders, products, and logistics related issues, you must contact customer service within 30 days of the order date.

Most items sold on Richradiqs.com may be returned, with some exceptions (see Non-Returnable Items below), within 35 days after the date of purchase if they meet all applicable return requirements listed below.
Return Requirements for Return-Eligible Items
All Clothing Items, Including Wedding Dresses, Suits, and other Formal Attire:
Items must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and unaltered condition and have the original tags attached and the hygiene sticker (if applicable) intact.
Quality Check for Returns 1. When a return item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect and/or test it to ensure it is return- eligible and meets the applicable return requirements listed above. If the item passes our quality check, we will issue a refund. If our inspection finds that the returned item is not return-eligible or does not meet the return requirements listed above, we will reject the return and refuse to issue a refund or credit. If the return item is rejected, we will send the item back to you at the same address that was specified in the original order and will deduct its return shipping fee from the amount of refund of other item(s) returned in the same order, if any. 2. In certain cases, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer a refund on the rejected-return item, instead of sending it back to you. 3. If you receive a damaged/defective item, please contact RICHRADIQ'S Customer Service within 24 hours of receipt.
Our dedicated Quality Control and Quality Assurance Teams will inspect your items prior to shipping. Our product quality is guaranteed. However, you do need to carefully and accurately check your size before buying. Please kindly refer to the size charts on the product page.
Return Request Process
1. Sign into your RICHRADIQ'S User Account.
2. Go to "My Orders" and find the order that contains the item(s) you would like to return and click "Order Details".
3. Send the order number、the item's SKU number or product name or pictures to firstname.lastname@example.org.
4. We will process your return request and offer the return address for you as soon as we can.
5. Your return package must be postmarked within 35 days after the purchase date.
6. Please note that returned items must be correctly shipped using the correct Return Label or QR Code. If there are multiple Return Labels or QR Codes for multiple items to be returned, please do not mix them up.
NOTE: 1. Please do NOT send your return to the sender's address on your original package. This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return. You should only send it to the address on the Return Label we provide.
2. Please make sure you do not include any items that were not purchased on the RICHRADIQ'S by mistake in your return package. We will not be responsible for sending those items back to you.
3. To ensure a smooth and timely refund process, please make sure that the item(s) you are returning match(es) the details listed on your return request. Any discrepancies may cause delays or prevent us from being able to process your return.
4. When there is no obvious quality problem in our products, the customer needs to return the goods, and after confirming the return by our customer service, and we will give a refund. (Refunds do not include postage and taxes).
